Pink Moon - All-In-One Beauty Balm - Color Stick for Lips, Cheeks, and Lids - Rose Pink - .5oz Tin

I've been seeing ads for beauty balms everywhere lately! A stick, tin or pot filled filled with what looks to be a lip, blush or highlighting color, but is being used in multiple places on the face, as a sort of "3-In-1" or "All-In-One" makeup stick! One product for basically everything?! How amazing is that? Even I wanted to buy one and try it out! But after clicking on a couple of the big name ones that had targeted me, I read the ingredients and just couldn't go through with it! Too many chemicals, and preservatives...even talc! And then, the packaging... Plastic tubes and plastic tubs all around! So I gave up on the idea of trying these new miracle makeups! BUT it was then that I remembered that multiple customers have admitted to me over the years that they use my lip tints as blush and eye shadow! I had always thought, "Hey, that's a cool idea!" But that's as far as I had taken it. So as those memories crept back in, the idea of making my own, all natural, plastic-free All-In-One Beauty Balm was conceived!
I wanted to start with the lip tint base, since I already knew people had been using it as an all-in-one, but I knew I was going to need to make some real tweaks. First, I have sensitive skin, so all the flavor and essential oils had to go. Peppermint and Orange essential oils DO NOT belong near the eyes. Next, I wanted to switch out the darker, heavier, bentonite clay for sheer, light arrowroot flour, since it's an excellent powder foundation and eye shadow ingredient. It's known for giving mica color a longer staying power, adding a little matte, and not clogging the pores! And finally, I knew I was going to have to change up the color to base ratio to give the Beauty Balms just a little for intensity than my normal lip tints.
After blending and testing recipes for the last few months... (more like 6 for Rhiannon) I'm finally very satisfied with the results for each color and can finally offer them to you, my beloved friends and customers, and customer friends! So if you're like me and are curious about this new beauty trend of the all-in-ones, or if you're just a minimalist and only want to have to carry one product with you on trips or daily in your bag, this is the product for you!
This formula is silky and moisturizing with cocoa butter and sweet almond oil, but never greasy (thanks to the arrowroot powder), and the color is completely buildable!
The All-In-One Beauty Balm is excellent for ALL skin types and age ranges.
Try it on you lips, cheeks, lids, and in the case of "Gold Dust Woman" your brows, nose, shoulders and collar bones as well!
To use, just dab it on and blend as much or as little as your prefer. The highlighting stick variety can be swiped over the skin and then blended as needed.
